Cat Grooming Policies & Requirements
To ensure the safety and comfort of your cat, as well as the success of the grooming session, please review the following guidelines:
Behavior & Safety
• If a cat’s behavior interferes with the grooming process, the full grooming price will still be required.
Safety is always our first priority, and some services may need to be paused or adjusted based on temperament.
• We do not guarantee a full drying process.
Cats can become stressed during drying; if needed, we may leave them slightly damp and towel-dry as much as possible.
• Please disclose any behavioral concerns or history when booking your appointment.
This helps us prepare and ensure a safe environment for your pet.
Before Your Appointment
• Cats must be secured in a carrier before we arrive.
This prevents stress, escapes, and ensures a safe hand-off.
Matting Policy
• Severely matted areas may require veterinary attention.
In extreme cases, mat removal can pose a risk of skin injury, and a vet may be the safest option.
• For rare cases of extreme matting, an additional fee of $10–$30+ may apply.
This will depend on the severity of the matting and the time required.
Creative Grooming Services
Creative grooming is available for cats and double-coated breeds.
This includes specialty trims, color accents (pet-safe only), and customized styling based on your pet’s coat type and temperament.
Additional costs may apply depending on the complexity of the design, coat condition, and service time required.
